1. Subscription Service Terms:
By enrolling in Credit Repair Services with Eye Care About Credit (the "Company"), you agree and understand that this is a subscription-based service. Your subscription will auto-renew each month at the end of your billing period unless canceled. You are responsible for emailing support@eyecareaboutcredit.com to cancel your subscription services and stop payments. By enrolling in Credit Repair Services, you authorize and give permission to Eye Care About Credit LLC to automatically charge your credit or debit card each month as payment for Credit Repair Services without requiring additional authorization. We will not contact you to seek further approval before processing your monthly subscription payment.
2. Failed Subscription Payments/Recharge Procedures:
By signing up for monthly Credit Repair Services, your card will automatically be charged on a recurring basis. In the event that your subscription payment fails, your Credit Repair Services will be immediately suspended until payment is made. Our system will retry processing the payment daily for the next three (3) days.
3. Refund Policy:
We offer a Money Back Guarantee to ensure your satisfaction. If no deletions are achieved within ninety (90) days from the date of signup, you are entitled to a full refund of all fees paid. Refunds will not be issued under any other circumstances, including for suspended accounts or canceled services. To request a refund under this policy, email support@eyecareaboutcredit.com within fourteen (14) days of service cancellation.
4. No Charge-Backs:
You agree not to issue or threaten to issue chargebacks to Eye Care About Credit LLC under any circumstances related to Credit Repair Services. In the event of a chargeback, Eye Care About Credit LLC reserves the right to report the delinquent account to credit bureaus.
